PRESS CONTROLS
We offer several products to allow your press to meet or exceed all OSHA and ANSI standards. These include press controls, rotating cam limit switches, and press control/automation packages.
Press control packages range from the simple to use and install PP150 to the Maximizer system with control and complete press automation. Rotating cam limit switch are available with cams only or combination packages with cams and a wide range of cam/sensor packages.
PRESS SAFETY
Products include light curtains, safety mats and portable stop time meters. Light curtains are available in a standard 3 box design, DIN mount controller, and Solid State output versions. Safety Mats are available in a wide range of shapes and sizes to meet your exact specifications. The Semelex portable stop time meter can be used to determine your point of operation safety distance on mechanical and Hydraulic presses.
