SLIM
This 2, 4 or optionally 8 channel tonnage monitor for both forward and reverse tonnage offers both LED and LCD screens. The LED’s display total tonnage as well as individual corners. The LCD screen offers a menu driven interface for all programming as well as the ability to display tonnage curves. Options include resolver based tonnage curves as well as the ability to interface Toledo’s PressNet reporting software.
AUTO-CELLS
The AutoCell is a self-contained, strain gage based load cell that is calibrated on equipment traceable to the National Bureau Of Standards and A2LA accredited. Standard digital AutoCells are available in 2K lbs, 10K lbs, or 50, 100, 250, 500, 750, 1000 and 2000 ton capacities.
ZT SERIES
Stand alone tonnage module. Available from 1 to 4 sensor inputs. Generates an analog output signal to interface your PLC.
The TTLM tonnage module converts up to 8 tonnage sensors inputs to an analog output. Includes “peak” or “track” outputs.
The Quik-Learn tonnage and deviation monitor is easy-to-use and inexpensive. All of the operator information and controls are on the front panel. There is no need to study manuals or undergo extensive training.

The SLIM is a resolver-based tonnage signature interface module that provides force measurement and signature analysis for critical force applications up to 800 spm. The SLIM unit is designed and configurable for single action, double action and transfer presses. Optional software allows direct PLC HMI interface
