TOOLING FINGERS
Versa style tooling offers a wide range of motion adjustment and great gripping strength. The simplified tooling uses tubing that can easily be cut in the field to make tooling on the go while the dial-a-lok allows a complete finger tooling “programming” via the dial by number locking assembly.
RECEIVER
Norgren Automation Solutions rail receivers allow you to populate your transfer bar as a master bar. All air, electric (sensors) and mechanical coding are built in. Job changes simply require new fingers to be plugged in.
GRIPPER
Norgren Automation Solutions offers regular jaw, chisel jaw, flange jaw and shovel jaw grippers. These grippers are available with a wide range of options including different pad sizes and styles, air fittings, part sensing and double blank sensing, gripper opening distance and more.
